Meet Delvina Morrow

Delvina Morrow is a strategic executive, systems thinker, and founder of YMUai, an AI consulting practice purpose-built for nonprofits, social impact organizations, and small businesses.

She brings nearly two decades of leadership across the life sciences, technology, sports, and nonprofit sectors. As VP of Community Affairs & DEI for the Pittsburgh Penguins, she advanced racial equity initiatives and guided executive teams through cultural transformation. In a previous role as VP of Philanthropy for a national youth sports organization, she designed multimillion-dollar fundraising strategies and built departments from the ground up.

That experience taught her what mission-driven work truly requires and what gets lost when organizations are stretched too thin.

With YMUai, she's pioneering People-Centered Intelligence™: an approach to AI grounded in empathy and designed to amplify human capacity, not replace it. She helps teams reduce operational burden while restoring the human parts of their work—relationships, creativity, and strategic thinking.

A first-generation college graduate, Delvina holds a degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and has completed executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University. She's been recognized by Pittsburgh Business Times 30 Under 30, Who's Next: Technology, and Pittsburgh Courier Fab 40.

She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, daughter, and mini bernedoodle.
